TGERC: Annual Tariff Petitions for FY.2025-26

Application for Annual Tariff for FY 2025-26 for the existing stations of TGGENCO under MYT tariff framework for the Generation Business in accordance with clause No. 6.2 of TGERC Regulation No. 2 of 2023 read with section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Petitioner: Telangana Power Generation Corporation Limited

Prayer:

a) Accept and take on record the Application for Annual tariff for FY 2025-26 and treat it complete;

b) Condone any error/omission and give opportunity to rectify the same;

c) Grant suitable opportunity to TGGENCO within a reasonable time frame to file additional material information that may be subsequently available;

d) Consider and approve TGGENCO's Annual tariff for FY 2025-26 application including all requested regulatory treatments in the filing; e) Pass such order as the Hon'ble Commission may deem fit and proper In the facts and circumstances of the ease.
