The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL), has filed a petition seeking approval under Section 86(1)(b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and section 21(4) of the Telangana Electricity Reforms Act, 1998 for (i) procurement of power from 14 MW MSW based Waste-to-Energy Power Project of M/s.
