IN THE MATTER OF TELANGANA ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION (LICENSEES' DUTY FOR SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY ON REQUEST) DRAFT SECOND AMENDMENT REGULATION, 2025

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission has prepared the Draft Second Amendment to Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensee's duty for supply of electricity on request) Regulation 2013, and hosted on the website of the Commission and issued public notice on 17.
