TGERC: Public Notice on the filings made by TGGENCO in the matter of Approval of Additional Capital Cost

1. Notice is hereby given to all that the Telangana Power Generation Corporation Limited (TGGENCO) engaged in the business of power generation in the state filed before the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission (TGERC) for approval of additional capital cost u/s 62, 64 and 86(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with TGERC (MYT) Regulations, 2023 (Regulation 2 of 2023) a).
