TGERC: Public Notice on the filings made by TGGENCO in the matter of determination of Capital Cost & Provisional Tariff

1. Notice is hereby given to all that the Telangana Power Generation Corporation Limited (TGGENCO) engaged in the business of power generation in the state filed before the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission (TGERC) for determination of Capital Cost and Provisional Tariff petitions u/s 62,64 and 86(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with TGERC (MYT) Regulations, 2023 (Regulation 2 of 2023) in respect of Unit-2 (800MW) of Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS) for the period from FY 2024-25 to FY 2028-29 and in respect of Unit-1 (800MW) of Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS) for the period from FY 2025-26 to FY 2028-29, for the electricity to be supplied to TGDISCOMS.
