Issuing Agency: Telangana Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TGREDCO)
Capacity: 800 MW total, awarded through e-bidding followed by e-Reverse Auction
Connectivity: ISTS-connected (pan-India location allowed) or Telangana STU-connected (project must be in Telangana)
Offtaker: TGDISCOMs
Delivery Point: ISTS substation by default; Telangana STU substation only for Telangana-based projects
Scope of WPD: Land identification, project development, ownership, connectivity, approvals, and transmission up to interconnection point, all at developer's cost
Bid Size Limits
Minimum Bid: 50 MW per bidder
Maximum Bid: 400 MW per bidder, including Parent, Affiliate, Ultimate Parent, or Group Company
Single Bid Rule: Group entities must submit single bid; multiple bids from same group invalidates all
Precision: Capacity quoted up to two decimal places
