TNERC: Amendments to Distribution Code embodying stipulations of Electricity(Rights of consumer)Rules, 2020 and CRP recommendations

In the said Distribution Code;- 1. In Regulation 2, at the end of sub-regulation (1), for the general expression, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “Words and expressions used in this Code but not defined either in this Code or the Act or the Electricity (Rights of Consumer Rules), 2020 or any other Regulations of the Commissioner the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Central Act 10 of 1897) shall have the same meanings as commonly understood in the Engineering and Commercial parlance.
