TNERC: Approval of True Up of TNPDCL (formerly TANGEDCO) for FY 2023-24

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 and Clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003) and all other powers hereunto enabling in that behalf and after considering suggestions and objections received from the public, as per sub-section (3) of Section 64 of the said Act, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby passes this Order for Approval of TrueUp for FY 2023-24 for TNPDCL, TNPGCL, and TNGECL (formerly TANGEDCO).
