DRAFT TAMIL NADU ELECTRICITY GRID CODE, 2025
The following draft of the Tamil Nadu Electricity existing Tamil Nadu Electricity Grid Code notified by the No. TNERC/GC/13/1, dated 19 Gazette on 14-12-2005), is proposed to be issued Sections 86(1)(h) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act 36 powers enabling it in this behalf, which is consistent with the Indian Electricity Grid Code notified by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission under section 79(1)(h) of the Electricity Act, 2003 is hereby published for infor affected thereby, as required under subsection (3) of section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
