Petitioner's Prayers:

To allow the 1st Petitioner TNPGCL to float and process the tender on behalf of TNPDCL on an "as is where is basis" through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process to a private partner on Design Build Finance Own Operate (DBFOO) model for the long-term procurement of power and to approve the bid documents including draft PSA along with the deviations stated in annexure-A and deviations along with justification is enclosed in Annexure-16.
