In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 32, 33, 39, 42, 46, 50, 55, 57, 61, 86(1)(b) and clause (zp) of sub-section (2) of Section 181 read with subsection (3) of Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003), including Schedule VI thereto, and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby publishes the following draft Regulations for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby.
