In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (zd), (ze), (zf), and (zp) of Sub- Section (2) of Section 181 read with Section 61, 62, 63 and 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the following draft Regulations are hereby published for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, as required under subsection (3) of section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
