In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 45, 46, 47 and 50 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act, 36 of 2003) and all other powers hereinto enabling in that behalf, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby passes this order on Non-tariff related Miscellaneous charges.
As all procedures relating to public notice, taking views of State Advisory Committee and public hearing has been completed as part of the larger proceedings undertaken in the Order in Tariff Order No.
