Ltd. seeking appropriate directions for resolution of post-PPA power evacuation constraints, grant of time extension, approval of alternate evacuation arrangement, and consequential regulatory reliefs in respect of a 4 MW Solar Power Project at Dharasu, Uttarakhand under Section 86(1)(b), 86(1)(e), 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Section 37 of the Contract Act, 1872.
