Background: Petitioner has filed a Petition for review of the Commission’s Order dated 11.04.2025 on determination of AFC charges for FY 2025-26 alongwith truing up of FY 2023-24 under Section 94(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (“the Act”), Regulation 54(1) of the Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business), Regulations, 2014 (“UERC CBR”), Regulation 103 of the Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Multi Year Tariff), Regulations, 2021, and under Section 114 r/w Order XLVII of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908.
