Background: This Order relates to the part (a) & part (c) of the Petition i.e. (a) Construction of new 2x5 MVA, 33/11 kV S/s at Pakhi, District-Chamoli along with its associated 33 kV & 11 kV lines and (c) Construction of new 2x5 MVA, 33/11 kV S/s at Sara, District Dehradun along with its associated 33 kV & 11 kV lines filed by Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “UPCL” or “the Petitioner” or “the licensee”) seeking approval of the Commission.
