("UPCL” or “Petitioner” or “Licensee”) seeking approval of the Commission for procurement quantum of 1320 MW RTC coal-based power on long-term basis under Section 86(1)(b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 59(1) of the UERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2014.
