Background: This Order relates to the Petition filed by Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (“UPCL” or “the Petitioner” or “the licensee”) in the matter of ‘(a) Construction of new 2x12.5 MVA, 33/11 kV Substation Basvada (Ukhimath) and its associated 33 kV & 11 kV lines, District-Rudraprayag and (b) Construction of new 2x5 MVA, 33/11 kV Substation Madhmaheshwar (Guptkashi) and its associated 33 kV & 11 kV lines, District-Rudraprayag’ for seeking investment approval of the Commission.
