Inviting comments on the Draft UERC (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2026

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 read with clauses (h) and (i) of sub-Section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003), and all other powers enabling it on this behalf, the Commission has issued draft UERC (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2026.
