Insertion of definition of 'Battery Energy Storage System' after sub-regulation (1)(iii) of Regulation 3 of Principal Regulations, 2023:
"(ii)(a) "Battery Energy Storage System" or "BESS" means the system that shall utilize methods and the technologies such as electrochemical batteries (Lead Acid, Li-ion, solid state batteries, flow batteries, Nickel-cadmium etc.
