Pursuant to last hearing dated 14.07.2022, the Commission vide order dated 02.08.2022 allowed UPNEDA to get the requisite approvals from the Government for making amendments in the process of bidding to enhance participation of bidders. Further, UPNEDA was directed to approach the Commission along with bid results, concluded on 27.
