Terms and Conditions for Open Access (First Amendment) Regulations, 2024

The Commission has framed draft UPERC (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2024. The Draft Regulations along with discussion paper is available on the website of the Commission: www.uperc.org. The Commission hereby invites written suggestions/comments from all stakeholders and public at large on the same, which must reach to the Secretary Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission formally by post or through e-mail at secretary@uperc.
