UPERC: Petition of NPCL for approval of PPA & adoption of tariff for procurement of upto 100 MW RTC and peak power

Background: The Petitioner, NPCL, has filed the instant Petition seeking approval of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and adoption of Tariff discovered through Competitive Bidding for procurement of upto 100 MW RTC and peak power on short-term basis from 01st April 2026 to 30th September, 2026 under Section 86(1) (b) and Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Clause 11.
