Background: The Petitioner, NPCL has filed the instant Petition seeking Approval of Power Purchase Agreement and Adoption of Tariff discovered through Competitive Bidding for Procurement of up to 40 MW Power on Short Term basis from 01st April 2026 to 30th September, 2026 under Section 86(1) (b) and Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Clause 11.
