Background: The present Interlocutory Application (IA) has been filed by Rosa Power Supply Company Limited ("Applicant" or "RPSCL") under Section 94(2) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 5(3) and 5(5) of the UPERC (Terms and Conditions of Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2009 ("the UPERC Generation Tariff Regulations, 2009"), read with Regulation 57 of the UPERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2019 and Article 12 of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
