Background: The instant Petition has been filed by UPPTCL seeking approval for the implementation of six (06) transmission schemes above 20 Crore comprising two schemes under the Deposit mode, two under the RTM, and two under the TBCB mode, which were considered in the Transmission Works Committee (TWC) meeting held during the first quarter of FY 2025-26.
