1. The Commission had given certain directions in the 8th Multi Year Tariff Order and in the tariff order of 2024 - 25. Some of those directions are in continuous nature and WBSEDCL shall continue to abide by them. In addition, WBSEDCL shall further comply with the following directions:
2. WBSEDCL shall maintain detailed records of different rebate / subsidies given by it to different consumer categories in terms of tariff order of this Commission and different government schemes/ directions under section 65 of the Act, and submit the same along with its APR petition.
