Background: India Power Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'IPCL'), a distribution licensee under the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission, submitted their applications for Fuel and Power Purchase Cost Adjustment (FPPCA) and Annual Performance Review (APR) for 2020-21 under 7th control period vide letters dated 28th October 2024 and 9th January 2025 respectively in terms of provisions contained in Tariff Regulation.
