Petitioner: India Power Corporation Limited (IPCL)

Background: IPCL, a distribution licensee under the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission, submitted their applications for Fuel and Power Purchase Cost Adjustment (FPPCA) on 6th February 2025 and Annual Performance Review (APR) on 3rd March 2025 for financial year (FY) 2021-22 under 7th control period in terms of provisions contained in Tariff Regulations.
