Background: This is in regard to the application submitted by India Power Corporation Limited (IPCL) to the Commission on 20.07.2018 for seeking approval of the draft Letter of Award (LOA) along with the 'Power Purchase Agreement' (PPA) for 150 MW to be issued to the successful bidder L1 through competitive bidding process on DEEP e-bidding Portal as per standard bidding guidelines specified by the Ministry of Power, Govt.
