West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) is inviting bids for the development of a 250 MW / 1000 MWh Standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) under a Build, Own, Operate (BOO) model, with an additional Greenshoe option of another 250 MW / 1000 MWh. The project will be located at Goaltore Substation, Paschim Midnapore, with a minimum voltage level of 132 kV.
