This is for information that the draft Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2024 have been prepared and the draft Regulations are placed at the official website of the Commission i.e. https://aerc.gov.in.
Any person/body corporate who is likely to be affected by provision of these Regulations, may submit comments /objections /suggestions to the Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission on or before 29th November, 2024.
