The Andhra Pradesh Power Coordination Committee (APPCC), acting on behalf of Andhra Pradesh’s three distribution companies—APCPDCL, APEPDCL and APSPDCL—has invited bids for procurement of 1,000 MW / 4,000 MWh of standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity under a Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process.
