GERC: Petition of DPA for condonation of delay in submission of Tariff Petition for Truing Up of FY 2023-24

Background: By way of preferring the present Application, Deendayal Port Authority (“DPA” or the Petitioner) has sought condonation of the delay in submission of Tariff Petition No.2572 of 2025 in the matter of Truing Up of FY 2023-24 based on GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2016, approval of ARR for the 4th Control Period from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029- 30 and Determination of Tariff for FY 2025-26 in accordance with GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2024.
