Judgment:

The Appellant M/s. Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (referred to as “TNEB”) has assailed, in this appeal, the order dated 2nd March, 2011 passed by 2nd Respondent, Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “Commission”) thereby setting aside/quashing the communication dated 20th March, 2010 issued by the Appellant to 1st Respondent PPN Power Generating Company Private Ltd.
