The Petitioner is seeking review of our judgement dated 12th August, 2024 passed in Appeal No. 341 of 2017 wherein it was held that the Petitioner/Appellant Trust cannot be termed as “Aggrieved Person” and thus, is not competent to maintain the appeal against the impugned tariff order under Section 111 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
