BERC: Petition of SBPDCL & NBPDCL approval to carry forward the balance RPO Shortfall in achievement of RPO compliance

Background: Petition on behalf of both the DISCOMs seeking approval to carry forward the balance RPO Shortfall in achievement of RPO compliance for FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 to subsequent year of FY 2025-26 in exercise of the powers conferred u/r 12 and 15 of BERC (Renewable Purchase Obligation, its compliance and REC Framework Implementation) Regulations, 2010 and its amendments thereof and Regulation 12, 36, 37, 38 and 39 of the BERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005 and amendments issued therein.
