petition on dated 03.06.2025 on behalf of both DISCOMs, namely NBPDCL and
SBPDCL, seeking regulatory approval on procurement of (i) 250 MW allocation to Bihar
by the MoP out of unallocated pool of Central Generating Stations of Southern Region
as specific allocation from 25.
