Background: The present petition has been filed by PSPCL for the introduction of Voluntary Disclosure Scheme (VDS) for AP consumers under Regulation 68 of the PSERC (Electricity Supply Code, Standards of Performance and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 and Regulations 68, 69, 70, 71 & 72 of the PSERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005.
