Background:
In exercise of powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 181 and clauses (zd), (ze) and (zf) of sub section (2) of section 181, read with sections 61, 62, and 86, of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following Regulations.
