The Ministry of Power, through the Central Electricity Authority (CEA), has issued a clarification dated 19.03.2026 regarding the acceptance of in-house type testing of electrical equipment/material under Clause 3(d) of the “Guidelines for the Type Tests for Major Equipment of Power Sector, 2026.
