Petition under Section 66 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 17 of the CERC (Terms and Conditions for Renewable Energy Certificates for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2022 and related provisions, seeking directions against the Respondent, National Load Despatch Centre, regarding the issuance of reduced Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to the Petitioner for the FY 2024-25 based on the Renewable Energy Consumption Obligations targets notified by the Ministry of Power, in contravention of the statutory framework established by the Hon’ble Commission.
