This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, NLC India Limited (NLCIL), for
approval of tariff of Neyveli New Thermal Power Station (2x500 MW (hereinafter referred
to as ‘the Project/ generating station / NNTPS’) based on the anticipated COD of Unit-I
(July 2019) and Unit-II (December 2019) till 31.
