Background
The Petitioner, Bhadla-III Power Transmission Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Petitioner”), has filed the present Petition under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) to establish the Inter-State Transmission System for the "Additional Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from BhadlaIII PS as Part of Rajasthan REZ Phase-III Scheme (20 GW)" on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer basis.
