Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission {Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Trading Licence and Other Matters of Trading Licensee (Including Deemed Licensee)} Regulations, 2025 (Revision –I) {RG18 (I) of 2025}
These Regulations shall apply to any person undertaking intra-state trading of electricity in the State of Madhya Pradesh:
Provided that a distribution licensee shall not require a trading licence to undertake trading in electricity.
