CERC: Petition for determination of the transmission tariff for 2024-29; for Transmission Assets for Solapur STPP in WR

Approval under Section 62 read with Section 79 (1) (d) of the Electricity Act, 2003, and under Regulation 15 (1) (a) and Regulation 23 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023, read with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations 2019 and the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations 2024, for the truing up of transmission tariff for the 2019-24 tariff period and the determination of transmission tariff for the 2024-29 tariff period for Asset-I: 400 kV D/C Solapur (STPP) - Solapur (PG) Transmission Line, along with bay extension at Solapur (PG) Sub-station, and Asset-II: Extension of 400/220 kV Solapur Sub-station - Augmentation of Sub-station by 500 MVA (3rd) Transformer (by shifting of 500 MVA Transformer from Wardha to Solapur), under “Transmission System for Solapur STPP (2x660 MW)” in the Western Region.
