CERC: Petition for adoption of transmission charges to Transmission System of Bikaner B Power Transmission Limited

Background:

The Petitioner, Bikaner B Power Transmission Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Petitioner”), has filed the present Petition under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) to establish the Transmission system for evacuation of power from Rajasthan REZ Ph-IV (Part-3: 6 GW) [Bikaner complex]: Part B” on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer Basis.
