The Petitioner, POWERGRID Jam Khambhaliya Transmission Limited, (erstwhile Jam Khambhaliya Transmission Limited) (hereinafter referred to as “the Petitioner”), has filed the present Petition under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) to establish the Inter-State Transmission System for “Augmentation of transformation capacity at Jam Khambhaliya PS (GIS)” on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer Basis.
