The Commission considered the submissions made by the Petitioner in the Petition/Rejoinder, submission made in the reply filed by the Respondent and the pleadings made by both the parties and also the 31 entire material/information placed on the record by both the parties. The Commission observes as under:
a) The operational part of the CGRF order dated 24/03/2023 is as under: “The Forum observed and decided to close the case with the direction to the SDO to overhaul the account of the complainant as per instructions of the DHBVN and issue correct bill to the complainant in the next billing cycle.
