This petition has been filed by the Petitioner, NTPC Limited (in short, ‘NTPC’), for approval of the tariff of Singrauli Super Thermal Power Station (2000 MW) (in short, ‘the generating station’) for the period 2024-29, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 (in short ‘, the 2024 Tariff Regulations’).
